Winter Activities

Whether you like skiing cross-country or downhill....you have come to the right place. There is a well-developed system of tracks in several places in the district, and there are slalom ski-runs in Lesjöfors and Filipstad.

Enjoy the company of family and friends, regardless of whether you want to try some skiing, long-distance skating, bandy, rally or winter fishing. Exercise, the great outdoors and keep-fit go hand in hand here.

Kalhyttan's ski stadium is excellent, and it is the venue for public sporting events at national championship level.
